This role reports to the Director of Implementations

The Implementations Specialist position is responsible for overseeing the onboarding process for new customers to our business.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Implementation of new customers globally
    • Establish working relationship with all new customers
    • Verify processing needs and define setup needs
    • Establish technical set up and open necessary tickets
    • Internal liaison with the following teams:
      • IT Operations teams
      • Support teams
      • Other Implementation team members
    • Identify issues and escalate as appropriate
  • Transition customers from the sales process in to Client Services
    • Ensure expectations are managed through sales process in to production
    • Ensure Client Service team has all the necessary information at handover
  • Large Implementation Project Management
    • Creation of a Project Plan or Implementation Tracker as needed
    • Ensuring Project teams internally and externally are updated and project is tracked
    • Updating and liaising with Project Sponsor as needed
    • Steering Team meeting reporting when relevant
  • Support Director of Implementations in ad hoc projects as needed

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 2-4 years project experience in a customer focused environment
  • Experience managing multiple projects
  • Experience of working in a delivery-based role
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred, but not required
