Onyx is seeking someone to join the Implementations team in Seville to onboard new customers. Successful Implementation Specialists are detail-oriented, results-driven individuals who work diligently to meet a client’s needs. They oversee the implementation/onboarding process and are just as adept at solving technical problems as they are at conversing with clients. Implementation Specialists always maintain a high degree of professionalism. In addition to these general skills and personality traits, Onyx is seeking a high performer to carry out the following responsibilities with these additional skills:

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding new customers
    • System set up to create customer profile ready to start processing or funding for the proforma invoice
    • Tracking progress in software programs
    • Opening tickets and escalations as needed
    • Email and phone customer communication
  • Training New Customers
    • Sharing relevant onboarding training videos
    • Conducting training webinars
    • Answering questions and resolving issues
  • Customer follow up
    • Chasing customers to complete last process steps
    • Tracking customers through to first funding

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Self-motivated and structured with good attention to detail
  • Able to prioritise and manage a busy workload
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluent in both oral and written English, other languages desired (especially Italian and French)
  • Experience from the hotel and/or travel industry will be an advantage
