Michael Suhajda

Michael Suhajda is the Chief Financial Officer at Onyx CenterSource. In this role, Michael oversees all financial functions, drives scalable global growth, and partners to advance strategic initiatives aligned with the company’s rapid expansion. His expertise in strategy, financial planning, business partnering, and change management aligns seamlessly with Onyx’s mission to deliver financial clarity and strategic insight to clients worldwide.

Prior to joining Onyx, he served as CFO at Monster and CareerBuilder Worldwide, where he spearheaded strategic growth initiatives, managed shared services and accounting, and led financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, M&A, and global transformation initiatives. He also held numerous other leadership roles at Monster, including North American CFO and Global Controller.

Michael is a certified public accountant in the State of Wisconsin and a member of the AICPA. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Concordia University Wisconsin and a master’s degree in business administration. He currently resides in Cedarburg, Wisconsin, with his wife and four children.
